StillFree does not have terms of its own. It is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, the same standard terms that cover most apps on the App Store.

Licence

Your use of StillFree is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which Apple applies to apps distributed through the App Store unless the developer supplies its own. StillFree does not supply its own.

The Standard EULA also appears within Apple’s Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, under “Licensed Application End User License Agreement”. You accepted those terms when you set up your Apple Account, and they apply to your purchase and use of StillFree.

We have deliberately not written a custom licence. StillFree is a small offline utility with no account, no server, and no user-generated content shared with anyone — there is no restriction we need that Apple’s standard terms do not already cover, and a bespoke agreement would only give you more to read for no benefit.

Privacy

How StillFree handles information is set out in full in the StillFree Privacy Policy. In brief: your trials are stored on your iPhone, screenshots are read on the device and not retained, reminders are local to your iPhone, and there is no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party code.

Purchases and refunds

StillFree is a one-time paid app sold and delivered by Apple through the App Store. Payment, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

What StillFree does not do

StillFree is a reminder tool. It records trial deadlines that you enter or import, and warns you before they pass. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the services whose trials you track, it has no access to your accounts with them, and it cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Names of other services belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what you are tracking.

StillFree does not provide financial advice. Prices and dates shown are the ones you supplied or confirmed, and you are responsible for verifying them with the provider.
